JUNE (appear on July bill):
Dental: 25% premium reduction will be applied
Extended Health care: 5% premium reduction on total EHC premium
April and May (appear on June bill):
Dental: 50% premium reduction will be applied
Extended Health Care: 10% premium reduction on total EHC premium
This will apply to April and May premiums and will appear on the June bill.
