HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURED BY SSQ
If you have a fully insured (non-refund) GroupSource plan with coverage provided by SSQ, the following relief will apply:
- For the months of May 2020 and June 2020, GroupSource will credit you 55% of your dental premium
- For the months of May 2020 and June 2020, GroupSource will credit you 10% of your extended health care premium, including drug coverage but excluding Large Amount pooling. This will amount to a 9% reduction in healthcare premium.
HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURED BY EMPIRE LIFE
If you have a fully insured (non-refund) GroupSource plan with coverage provided by Empire Life, the following relief will apply:
- For the months of May 2020 and June 2020, GroupSource will credit you 55% of your dental premium
- For the months of May 2020 and June 2020, GroupSource will credit you 10% of your extended health care premium, including drug coverage but excluding Large Amount pooling. This will amount to a 9% reduction in healthcare premium.
HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURED BY COOPERATORS
If you have a fully insured (non-refund) GroupSource plan with coverage provided by Cooperators, the following relief will apply:
- For the months of May 2020 and June 2020, GroupSource will credit you 55% of your dental premium
- For the months of May 2020 and June 2020, GroupSource will credit you 10% of your extended health care premium, including drug coverage but excluding Large Amount pooling. This will amount to a 9% reduction in healthcare premium.
HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURED BY LA CAPITALE
If you have a fully insured (non-refund) GroupSource plan with coverage provided by La Capitale, the following relief will apply:
- For the months of May 2020 and June 2020, GroupSource will credit you 60% of your dental premium
